Should your next PC be a laptop?

Buying a laptop instead of a desktop machine now has a lot of reasons going for it:

• Energy efficiency -- Because business men need laptops to run on a small battery for long plane-flights, laptops don't use a lot of power even when plugged in.
• Fewer cables and cords.
• Often quieter.
• Take up less space
• Built-in Uninteruptable Power Supply (although possibly no better lightning strike/surge protection)
• All of the other benefits of laptops (like wireless/cordless use).
• Can still attach large monitor, keyboard, and/or mouse when at desk.
